Junior Commercial Manager
Recently Michael started with us at the Department of Commerce of DHG. After a number of years within the estate agencies in Rotterdam, his focus lies on the rental of the portfolio of DHG.
Is ultimately responsible for the commercial team of DHG. A real deal maker, creative in leasing square metres ot the investment portfolio. Always on the look-out for new acquisition and sale opportunities.
DEVELOPMENTRUUD VAN HAMBURG
All-rounder with real estate experience in the widest sense, responsible for project development.
With his experience as financial administrator he is now coordinating our accounts department.
With his real estate and financial background, Marc has the ultimate responsibility of our Department of Finance.
He deals with all the financial and fiscal aspects.
FINANCERAYMOND VAN PELT
After finishing his school Economics & Business, now Raymond is supporting our Finance department.
Jointly responsible for the technical property management of a part of the portfolio of DHG.
Esther is (jointly) responsible for the investment portfolio. She operates in the area of property-, asset- and portfolio management.
Next to this she is responsible for the coordination of the ICT, HRM and insurance portfolio of DHG.
Kees is mainly concerned with the technical property management of a part of the portfolio.
Lilian has gained extensive experience in the secretarial support at various real estate parties. She enthusiastically supports our Operations Department.
Monique fortifies the inner man and manages to keep all employees up and running.
Manager Technical Operations
Has the ultimate responsibility of the technical property management of DHG. In addition, he has a passion for restoration.
With a background in construction, Paul is involved in the realization of new construction projects.
After many years’ experience as a technical field staff member Stefan has made a transfer to our indoor operations department as Technical Assistant.
With his diploma of architecture and construction engineering he is ready for this new challenge.
Stefanie started working at DHG after completing her thesis. Stefanie is responsible for the settlement of the charges of the portfolio of DHG and supports the operations manager and accounts department.
She heads up the office management and PR/communications with the assembled knowledge of her completed HBO office management study.
Next to this she supports the Development Manager and Financial Director.
