About DHG

DHG:  “Passion, Creativity and Dynamism”

DHG is a real estate investment company, which has now built up a portfolio valued at about € 400 million. In addition, it develops high-quality real estate projects. The proceeds from the real estate investments form an important part of the financial basis supporting the development activities. The company can be characterized by three key words: “passion, creativity and dynamism”.

PASSION

Passion, as this involves a small club of people who are highly dedicated to their speciality: the acquisition, development and property management. Problems are treated as a challenge. This involved organization is headed by David Hart, founder and eponym of DHG. The following quote represents an important point of departure for David Hart: “The achievement of a good return by excelling in the solution of complex problems”. Personal involvement is evident throughout the entire organization.

CREATIVITY

DHG is a creative company with unconventional thought processes. This is one of the reasons why parties with challenging real estate problems choose to consult with DHG. These problems include, for instance, the (re)development of: business parks, especially grounds involving docklands, business premises and high-quality distribution centres. Each situation, each building and each location is unique. DHG thinks along in a creative manner, without a prejudiced point of view. But then, DHG is often eager to handle complex and risky projects.

DYNAMISM

The dynamism is expressed in the organization’s powers of decisiveness. It is a small, specialized club that understands its business. DHG’s quick and decisive approach to business ensures that it is an agreeable and reliable business partner.

Brief history of DHG

“David Hart Vastgoed” (= real estate) was founded in 1997 by David Hart. The basis for the real estate portfolio was set up in the Rotterdam Waalhaven, but over the years the company has invested in property throughout the Netherlands, and also abroad.

In 2006, the company changed its name to DHVG. The change indicates clearly that the organization is no longer based solely on the qualities of the eponym, but is now propelled by a total of 20 enthusiastic professionals.

From the 3th of August the company changed its name to DHG (David Hart Group).

Apart from expanding our real estate portfolio by purchasing property investments and ground, we are now focussing increasingly on the development and redevelopment of real estate projects.
